What is an herbarium, and how is it used? Inspired by the exhibition The Power of Poison and featuring selections from the Witte’s own herbarium, this hands-on workshop examines the helpful and harmful properties of different plants. You’ll create your own pressed plant art, as well as a press you can use for future art! What will you create?
Recommended for all ages over 5. Program runs approximately 45-60 minutes. Non-participating family members are welcome (space permitting) and do not need to purchase a ticket. Purchase includes all supplies needed for interactive workshop and collectible button. Advance ticket reservation is recommended. Ticket sales close 30 minutes prior to the event.
