Come find out in our presentation of Birds of a Feather. \nChili Queen Flavors • Ewing Halsell Hall\nDiscover the rich history of Texas legendary Chili Queens as you grind spices using a traditional molcajete. Immerse yourself in the flavors that shaped the Lone Star State’s iconic cuisine. \n11 a.m. \nDino Dialogue • Naylor Family Dinosaur Gallery\nHow many questions about Dinosaurs can YOU come up with? Join our Witte educators and get some of your questions answered! \nChuckbox Cuisine • Ewing Halsell Hall\nFind out who the “Bean Wrangler” is and what he might carry in his chuckbox on long trail drives across North America.
