Embark on a weeklong journey to investigate our ancient past. Immerse yourself in fossils from the Museum’s own collections and learn the science skills needed to study dinosaurs and other ancient life from a real-life paleontologist. Identify different types of fossils through hands-on investigations of dinosaur fossil teeth\, claws\, tracks and more. SUMMARY:¡Más Museos! Museum Day for Educators
DESCRIPTION:Learn about exhibitions and programs at the Witte Museum\, the McNay Art Museum\, the San Antonio Museum of Art and the DoSeum while earning six hours of continuing professional education credit. Educators provide their own transportation and circulate through all four museums in 90-minute sessions. Teachers earn 6 hours of continuing education credit for attending the full day. \nIMPORTANT INFORMATION: \n\nRegister by Friday\, July 18.\nSpace is limited and a reservation is required. Fee includes tote bag\, box lunch and museum admissions. No refunds.\nTeachers will receive their first stop\, schedule\, and rotation by the morning of Wednesday\, July 23\, 2025\, via email.\nPlease register using an active email.
