How do you see your culture in the world around you? Capture your culture and enter the Witte’s photo competition in celebration of Mi Cultura—Bringing Shadows into the Light: The Photography of Al Rendón.

Spend time around San Antonio—in your neighborhood or favorite city spots—and take pictures as a quiet bystander and wandering observer. Enter your photos to win! Acclaimed photographer Al Rendón and Amanda Dominguez, owner of Digital Pro Lab, will judge the entries and select three winners and two honorable mentions.

All five winning photos will be displayed at the Witte Museum alongside Rendón’s exhibition, Mi Cultura, from May 18 through May 27. Winning photographers will get to keep their frames and printed photos.

Submit up to three photos using the form below by Sunday, May 12 at 11:59 p.m. for consideration. Files should be between 3MB – 8MB; final selections will be printed by Digital Pro Lab and framed by the Witte Museum. Competition open to all photographers; photos must showcase San Antonio.
