The Witte Museum is open every day except for Easter, the third Monday in October, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
The Witte Museum is located in Brackenridge Park at 3801 Broadway in San Antonio, Texas.
Parking is always free for Witte Museum visitors. Park in the Brackenridge Park Parking Garage on Avenue B, just south of the Witte Museum. Take the Adventure Walk from the parking garage to the H-E-B Lantern Entrance located on Broadway.
Accessible parking and drop-offs are available on Gunn Drive North Lot located to the north of the Witte Museum.
Overflow parking is available on the north end of the Witte campus and across the street on the east side of Broadway in the Allensworth St. parking lot.
The museum is easily accessible through public transportation and is on VIA Metropolitan Transit bus routes 9 and 14. Visit viainfo.net to plan your trip.

Covid-19 Update
Covid-19 Community Levels are a tool to help communities decide what prevention steps to take based on the latest data. The San Antonio Community Level is listed on the City of San Antonio Dashboard. You may choose to wear a mask at any time, but they are not required. The Witte will continue to monitor Community Levels.

One easy purchase and mobile ticket delivery saves time and money. Advanced reservations are not required. Simply present your CityPASS® tickets at the Walker Admissions Desk for entry.
The Witte Museum participates in Museums for All. As participants, the Witte Museum offers $3 general admission and 50% off special exhibition tickets to individuals and families receiving food assistance (SNAP and WIC) benefits. Visitors simply show an Electronic Benefit Transfer (EBT) card and photo ID to redeem the discount for up to four people per card.
Association of Science and Technology Centers (ASTC) Travel Passport Program
Your Witte Museum membership grants you access to hundreds of museums nationwide. Through the ASTC Passport Program, Witte members receive reciprocal benefits of free general admission at participating science centers or museums when you travel outside of your local area. Visit www.astc.org/passport for a list of participating institutions and details and exclusions.
If you are an ASTC member at another institution wanting to visit the Witte Museum, please bring your ID card and your membership card to present at the Admissions Desk at the time of your visit. ASTC members will receive entry to the Witte Museum for up to two (2) adults and all children 18 years and younger. You will be issued your tickets on site; this service is not available online or over the phone. Any additional guests will need to purchase general admission tickets.
Time Travelers
Voyager level Witte members receive exclusive benefits and privileges, such as free/discounted admission, gift shop discounts, and much more, to over 400 organizations in more than 45 states across the country.
